Los Angeles: Leveling Up, Dec. 2

THURSDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2021 AT 11:30 PM EST
Leveling Up
Harriet Tubman Center for Social Justice – L.A.

From an award-winning playwright Deborah Zoe Laufer and renowned director Jozben Barrett comes a story relevant to one of today’s nightmares of imperialism facing our youth.

Three twenty-something roommates are glued to their video games. They are masters of the virtual worlds behind the computer screens in their Las Vegas basement. When one of them uses his gaming skills to land a job with the National Security Agency launching actual drones and missiles, online battles begin to have real consequences.

Come early. Please don’t be late, this is a live performance.
Donation at the door, no one turned away for lack of funds.
Masks and social distancing required for audience.
