Maryland rally & speakout: Tell Gov. Hogan to pay unemployed workers their benefits

SATURDAY, JUNE 19, 2021 AT 2 PM EDT – 4 PM EDT

Protest & Speak Out: Tell Hogan Pay Unemployed Workers Their Benefits
100 State Cir, Annapolis, MD 21401-1924, United States

Tell Governor Hogan: Pay unemployed workers ALL the benefits they are owed NOW! Stop the cut off of federal pandemic benefits

We will be social distancing – please wear masks. Come and speak out!

Saturday is Juneteenth! Given that the highest state unemployment rates are Prince Georges County & Baltimore City, which have the largest number of Black and Brown people — it is fitting to protest Governor Hogan on this historic day which was a milestone in ending chattel slavery. The struggle still continues.
