Al Nakba Protest & March: Say NO to US Aid to Israel!

Saturday, May 15th @ 2pm

We will gather in the parking lot across the street from Filfillah, 4301 Central Ave NE, Columbia Heights MN

We will have a rally and then march on Central Avenue.

For Palestinians, May 15 marks Al Nakba, Arabic for The Catastrophe. During the 1948 war, at least 750,000 Palestinian men, women and children were ruthlessly attacked, massacred, and driven from their homes by Zionist terror groups, and have never been allowed to return, in violation of international law. 2021 marks 73 years of U.S.-backed Israeli land theft, occupation, and apartheid.

This year we are not talking about Al-Nakba as a historic event but one that it ongoing.

We need to raise our voices and march to denounce the Israeli attacks on the Al Aqsa Mosque compound where worshipers were attacked with rubber-coated bullets, tear gas, and stun grenades during Ramadan and response to bombing attacks on Gaza.

We must protest the ethnic cleansing of Jerusalem by Israel.

Join us for our annual Al-Nakba protest to demand:
-End U.S. aid to Israel
-Defend the BDS movement (Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions)
-Speaking out for Palestine is not a crime!

Organized by the Anti-War Committee & American Muslims for Palestine – MN
